      Our Story

      At Stellanovae Tattoo Studio, we are passionate about tattoos and art. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.

      Stellanovae Tattoo Studio was established in 2023 by Coral Rodriguez aka Stella.  She wanted to create a workspace focused on artistry within the tattoo industry. As well as creating a space with the clients comfort in mind. Stellanovae Tattoo Studio is Women Owned/ Latina Owned. An inclusive space dedicated to being of service to York City and community.

      You can book an appointment at Stellanovae Tattoo Studio by visiting our website and filling out the online booking form, messaging the artist directly through their booking preference or by sending a detailed text to us at (223) 289-7495. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability. To expedite the booking process send references, the location on the body and an estimated size in inches for a quote. 

      The cost of a tattoo at Stellanovae Tattoo Studio depends on the size, complexity, and placement of the design. We offer competitive pricing and our artists will work with you to create a design that fits your budget. Studio minimum is $100. Each artist has their own prices and hourly rates.

      Yes, we require a non refundable deposit to secure your appointment time. The amount of the deposit will depend on the size and complexity of your tattoo, and will be applied towards the cost of the service. In case of any cancellations, please inform your artist no later than 48 hours before your appointment to reschedule. Any cancellations then after the time permitted results in you forfeiting your deposit. Deposits are non-transferable to other people, and a new deposit will be required upon rescheduling. 

      Yes, we do offer walk-in appointments for smaller tattoos, subject to availability. However, we highly recommend booking an appointment in advance to ensure that we can accommodate your request at a time that works for you.

      The healing time for a tattoo depends on various factors, such as the size and location of the tattoo, the individual's immune system, and how well they follow the aftercare instructions provided by our artists. Generally, tattoos take about 4-6 weeks to heal as long as the individual sticks to their aftercare routine and avoid submerging in water or sun exposure.

      Getting a tattoo can be uncomfortable, but the level of pain varies depending on the individual and the location of the tattoo. Our artists use techniques to minimize discomfort, and we can provide guidance on how to care for your tattoo after the appointment to minimize irriration.

      Yes, you must be at least 18 years old to get a tattoo at Stellanovae Tattoo Studio. If you are under 18, you must be at least 17 with a parent or legal guardian present. They must provide proof of age and written consent.

      Please bring your ID to every appointment for verification. Without proper identification your appointment may be rescheduled. 

      Refund Policy

      By signing our consent forms clients give up the right to claim any refunds after the appointment date. Refunds are not accepted, as Artists can not get back the time used or the materials used during the appointment. Any discounts done at the Studio are done at the Artists individual discretion. With exception to promotional events. Artists work independent from our Studio and charge their own prices for their services. The Studio is not responsible for any refunds requested by clients after the tattoos have been paid to Artists. Please communicate with your Artist directly during your appointment of any issues with your tattoo or design. That includes reviewing spelling and dates before getting the tattoo. The studio and artists are not responsible for Client errors in specific dates, names or language approved by the client. We allow our Client many opportunities to review their designs and placement. The Studio is not responsible for any issues with designs done after Client approval.

      We try our best to satisfy our clients needs and allow the first retouch of your tattoo at no cost. Please inform your artist to schedule a retouch session at your convenience. Retouches are done 30-40 days after the initial tattoo date. The studio and artists are not responsible for any issues with healing due to poor aftercare.

      Proper aftercare is essential to the healing process and longevity of your new tattoo or piercing. At Stellanovae Tattoo Studio, we provide detailed aftercare instructions and high-quality products to help ensure your body art looks its best for years to come.

      Tattoo Appointment Policy

      Thank you for choosing us for your tattoo! To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please review our appointment policies carefully.

      Scheduling & Deposits

      • A non-refundable deposit is required to book your tattoo appointment. The deposit will be applied to the final cost of your tattoo.

      • Deposits must be paid at the time of booking to secure your spot.

      • Your deposit is valid only for the originally scheduled appointment.

      Rescheduling & Cancellations

      • You may reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance without losing your deposit.

      • Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will require a new deposit.

      • Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to book again.

      • If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited.

      Late Arrivals & Fees

      • Please arrive on time for your appointment.

      • If you arrive 15–30 minutes late, a late fee of $25 may be added to your total.

      • If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and your deposit forfeited.

      Refund Policy

      • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

      • If you cancel with proper notice (48 hours in advance), your deposit can be transferred to a future appointment.

      • Once the tattoo process has begun, no refunds will be issued for any reason.

      Aftercare & Responsibility

      • You will receive detailed aftercare instructions after your session.

      • We are not responsible for improper healing due to failure to follow aftercare instructions.

      • Touch-ups may be required and are available at an additional cost unless specified otherwise by your artist.
